Bridal and Baby Showers

Brides and Mommies-to-be will be showered with love when you host a shower at Margaret's. Every detail will be carefully curated to bless the special guest and allow the hostesses to also enjoy the very special occasion. From the invitations to floral arrangements, food and fun, no detail will be left unattended. Our goal is to take the stress out of special occasions and allow the hosts and special guests to enjoy every moment of their time with us.


General Pricing:

Space Rental:

$150 rental fee for up to 19 guests.

20+ guests: Rental fee is waived.


Per Guest Fee:

$25 per guest (up to 19 guests).


Timing:

Typically held on Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but flexible by request.


Invitations & Thank You Cards:

An additional $5 per person for invitations and thank you cards (includes hand-addressing, stamping, and mailing). Invitations are sent on your behalf, and thank you cards can be signed by the honoree and mailed either on the same day or at a later time.

Custom Private Retreat

Custom Private Retreats are stylized to meet your specific needs. We help arrange outings and services to meet your desired outcomes truly customizing your stay for your group members.  A 2- night stay including all meals and special treats is yours to spend truly as you wish.


General Pricing:

Per Person Fee:

Typically $500 per person.


Package Includes:

2-night stay and 5 meals.


Customizable:

Adjustments can be made for the number of meals or to extend the stay.


Minimum Charge:

The minimum charge applies for a 3-guest stay.

Parties and Family Reunions

We invite you to put the focus on the family when you book a family event at Margaret's at Benton Farms. Small private events may be held indoors at Margaret's and larger events may be held outdoors on the grounds. Each event will be built around your family's needs with food and drinks included. No cleanup for the hosts will be required as it is our intention to serve your family with a time of food, fun and fellowship while you leave the prep and clean-up to us.

Corporate Events

Your employees will appreciate a day away spent on the farm for planning or playing. With relaxing spaces to get your creative juices flowing, meeting with your associates will not be a chore but a pleasure. Food and drinks provided so you can get down to business or reward your staff for a job well done.


Larger Events (Up to 150 Guests) Pricing:

Weekday Rental:

$1,000 base fee for a 4-hour event.


Weekend Rental:

$1,500 base fee for a 4-hour event.


Taxes:

Appropriate taxes will apply to both weekday and weekend rental fees.

Farm and Wildflower Sessions

Preserving your special moments is easier than ever when you schedule with our photographers at Margaret's at Benton Farms. Wildflower and farm photos are now being booked based on seasonal availability. Contact us for scheduling
